Wir suchen eine engagierte studentische Aushilfe / Werkstudent:in im Bereich Supply Chain & Backoffice, die unser Team bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben unterstützt. Wenn du Interesse an Logistik, Einkauf, Datenpflege und Auftragserfassung hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

HIER BRINGST DU DICH EIN

Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in unserem ERP-System
Auftragserfassung sowie Unterstützung im Bestellwesen
Optional (bei Interesse/Eignung): Montage kleiner Baugruppen, Verpackung & Versand
Allgemeine Backoffice-Tätigkeiten und Unterstützung des Supply-Chain-Teams

WAS DICH AUSZEICHNET

Erste Erfahrung in Logistik, Einkauf, Produktion oder Buchhaltung (z. B. durch Studium, Praktikum oder Ausbildung)
Idealerweise ERP- oder CRM-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a motivated Working Student / Part-Time Assistant in Supply Chain & Backoffice to support our team in both administrative and operational tasks. If you are interested in logistics, purchasing, ERP data management and order processing, this role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in Supply Chain Management.

HERE'S WHERE YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Maintain and update data in our ERP system (ERP data management)
Order entry, order processing and support in the purchasing process
Optional: assembly of small components, packaging and shipping operations
General backoffice support within our daily supply chain operations

WHO YOU ARE

Initial experience in logistics, purchasing, production or accounting (through studies, internships or vocational training)
Ideally, experience with ERP or CRM systems
Very good German skills and good English skills
Detail-oriented, structured and proactive work style
